About Me

My coaching practice is grounded in my experience as a leader, coach, and teacher. Here are my credentials:

​

• Possess an Associate Coaching Certificate from the International Coaching Federation. Have served as a coach for 11 years working with leadership at all levels in organizations and individual coaching clients as well.

​

• Served as a Senior leader for 13 years and first-line supervisor for 2 years in the federal government. Retired after 34 years of service in 2025, concluding a career focused on human resource management and development.

​

• Have served as a church leader for 10 years, helping a church, preschool, and wellness center navigate transitions in mission, leadership,  personnel, and finances. Worked closely with Pastors on sensitive and strategic matters.

​

• Possess certification as a "Brain Coach" from the Brain Academy, focused on cultivating habits and patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving in clients to promote well-being and success.

​

• Possess a Change Management Practitioner certificate from Prosci. Have helped leaders plan for and manage individual and organizational change efforts of various scales as a consultant and coach.

​

• Possess certification as a Myers-Briggs Personality Type indicator administrator with a keen understanding of human differences and personal styles.

​

• Taught leadership courses for many years within the federal government and as an Adjunct Professor for Rider University in N.J.

​

• Hold a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
